Dunavant Expands Distribution Footprint with Fort Worth Warehouse

FORT WORTH, TEXAS—Dunavant continues to expand its distribution footprint with additional warehouse space at 900 Terminal Road in Fort Worth, Texas.

The strategic addition complements a strong portfolio of logistics and transportation services. The warehouse is additive to the existing Dunavant Dallas terminal.

“Additional warehousing services in Fort Worth will further enable us to provide dedicated services to our existing and potential customers alike,” says Dunavant COO Richard McDuffie. “We are eager to build on our success in the Fort Worth market as current services continue to grow in volume.”

The 148,000-square-foot, temperature-controlled space operates in a 1.2 million-square-foot warehousing area. The centrally located warehouse in Fort Worth’s industrial district is 14 miles from BNSF with easy access to all major highways and the Union Pacific Railroad. Dunavant will use the facility initially for cotton storage.

The warehouse will be led by Dean Bay, Director of Warehousing and Distribution.
