Family: Married with three girls
Favorite quote: “Every strike brings me closer to the next home run.” – Babe Ruth
The sports team(s) you root for: Memphis Grizzlies. They are an inspiring organization with diversified international individuals who play together as a team towards a mutual goal with tremendous success.

Activities you enjoy outside of work: Coaching youth basketball, reading and spending time with my family.
Who has had the greatest influence on you and why? The late Yitzhak Rabin, who served Israel as chief of general staff and a true army leader. When he thought the time had come, he continued a political career with a mission to create peace and end the battle of 100 years around the holy land and the Middle East. You need to be courageous to do either. Some do neither. He went on to do both.
What attracted you to your company? A Memphis-based, family-oriented company that evolved from the cotton industry into a customer-needs-oriented global logistics provider. Dunavant is winning team with which I am grateful to be associated.
What do you most enjoy about your work? Working with people. While we file online and book through email, this business still runs on relationships. Providing solutions for and to our others (i.e., our customers) gives empowerment and a true satisfaction.
If you could give one piece of advice to young people, what would it be? I love the triple “L” saying: Look, listen and learn from others while never stop dreaming. Think outside the box and you will make those dreams come true.
