President Biden, with the support of Congress, signed a law last week to avert a national rail strike.
Despite the victory for the U.S. economy and the agricultural industry, there does exist lingering concerns that the union membership unhappy that the contract did not secure the benefits and pay they wanted, could start work slowdowns, or call in sick to express their dissatisfaction with the result.
