Dunavant is pleased to announce promotions within its Dunavant Transportation Group division.
Marty Musialowski has been promoted to the Vice President of Operations for Dunavant Sea Lane Express, LLC. Marty has been with Dunavant for the last two years, serving as the Vice President of Enterprise Business Development. In Marty’s new role, he will be responsible for leading and growing the Dunavant Sea Lane, LLC. business focusing on terminal operations, business unit performance, safety accountability, as well as other long term vision and growth strategies.
Chris McMahan has been promoted to Director of Safety, Recruiting and Retention. Chris has been with Dunavant since 2014 originally serving as the Regional Manager for Nashville/Huntsville, but most recently as the Director of Safety for all transportation companies. Over the last 14 months under Chris’ leadership, we’ve lowered all CSA scores and created a stronger safety culture. Now as the senior leader responsible for all efforts: Safety, Recruiting and Retention, Chris will focus how we build upon our safety culture, continue to decrease CSA scores, all while increasing our driver recruiting, onboarding and long term retention.
Roni Hitt has been promoted to Senior Systems Process Manager. Roni has been with Dunavant since 2017, starting out as a CSR in Norfolk but most recently serving in a support role as a TMW project manager. Roni has been instrumental on all pricing and CSR related functions for all TMW systems and integrations. In Roni’s new role, she will work with the local terminal management to lead the execution of identified process and systems improvements to create consistency across the network.
Cathy Snelling has also been promoted to Senior Systems Process Manager. Cathy has been with Dunavant since 2014 and has been the resident expert in our intermodal truck dispatch and tablet devices as well as the lead EDI liaison for our trucking operations & customers. Cathy provides both level 1 and 2 support coordinating and managing these functions. In Cathy’s new role, she will also work with the local terminal management to lead the execution of identified process and systems improvements to create consistency across the network.
